Shipping policy

We use flat rate shipping and will try to send out your order withing 2-4 days of receiving it. In the instance that we are at a trade show or out of town (for vacation or otherwise), we will ship your order out as soon as first available. All shipping occurs in a double walled cardboard box. We may offer temperature resistant options in the future, but for the time being, we only have this to offer. Please be mindful of ambient temperatures when ordering as these products are susceptible to heat.
